Porcelain Flooring

Natural Stone ( Marble) or Granite Flooring
- Usually, natural stone, including granite, is preferred for entrance areas, staircases, bathrooms, and kitchen counters, but we do receive inquiries about marble and granite flooring in general. But it is rare, maybe because of the cost & mainly maintenance issues.
- Any natural surface needs regular protection; the floor needs to be polished every quarter or, at most, every 6 months.
- Mostly, marble and natural stones are used for wall tile installation, such as cladding or feature walls.
SPC/ LVT/ Hardwood / Linoleum Flooring
- If you want to avoid the hassle of removing existing floor tiles and redoing them with porcelain or marble, and also want to save costs, then this is the best option for you.
- SPC/LVT flooring is quick to install, water-resistant, and lasts approximately 10 years. Linoleum flooring is made with eco-friendly material, and it is biodegradable

Tile Fixing Contractors Dubai – Duration
The most time is spent by any tiling company in Dubai on preparing the floor for new tile installation.
For Porcelain. Ceramic & Natural Stone Installation:–
- If it’s tile-on-tile installation and the property is unfurnished, then:–
- Apartments: Approximately 8 square meters of tile per day. So, for an apartment that is approximately 100 sqm, it will take 10-12 days if there are no noise restrictions from the building management ( For bathrooms, it is approximately3- 4 days each)
- Villas & Townhouses: Approximately 12 square meters of tile per day. So, for a Villa & Townhouses that is approximately 150 sqm, it will take 15-20 days if there are no noise restrictions from the building management ( For bathrooms, it is approximately 3- 4 days each
- If it’s removing the existing tiles and then installing the new ones:–
- Removing the existing tiles, carting away the construction waste, and leveling the floor by laying new screed for the new tiles takes approximately 10-15 days. Adding this to the above gives the total duration for Tile Installation Services in Dubai.
- After Screed or Plaster Work, we need it to be completely dry before laying new tiles. To make it quick-setting, we use Webfloor Rapid.

- If the existing floor is properly leveled, installation takes 2- 7 days, based on size and pattern preferred by the client.
